Over nearly three years, Adamo transformed a significant portion of General Motors’ Warren Technical Center by safely dismantling more than half a million square feet of specialized, multi-story research, laboratory, and testing facilities, along with more than a dozen interconnected support structures. The work included engine and component dynamometer laboratories, cooling towers, fuel infrastructure, an extensive interior selective demolition package, and a 136-foot steel water tower. Meticulous planning and seamless coordination allowed Adamo to reshape the active research campus without disrupting ongoing operations.
