Adamo Group has begun exterior demolition of GM’s 211,000 sq. ft. SPO facility in Swartz Creek. Adamo completed interior deconstruction of the facility last month as the first phase of GM’s $10 million renovation plan, which includes moving the main entrance and creating a new facade; warehouse, paint facility, and IT upgrades; and a new security office and medical center. Complete demolition is on schedule to wrap up by the new year.
