Rick brings over 40 years of management experience in the public utilities industry sector, specifically district energy. He has held a variety of positions during his career within the industry in Youngstown, Akron, and Cleveland, OH, St. Louis, MO, Boston, MA, Richmond and Martinsville, VA and Hohenwald, TN.  He is a member of the International District Energy Association (IDEA) and served on the Board of Directors from 2003-2007. As well as serving on the Board of Directors for Thermal Ventures Inc. from 2007 – 2009.
