Roland has more than 37 years’ experience in the environmental remediation and demolition industries. As a project manager and estimator, he has been involved on a wide array of high-profile projects. His experience includes high-rise buildings, bridges, power plants, chemical plants, casinos and hotels. Roland has demonstrated success dealing with multiple engineering and construction disciplines, regulatory agencies and community stakeholders throughout his demolition career. He has estimated and managed some of the demolition industry’s most challenging demolition and cleanup projects.

Roland’s forte is estimating projects and evaluating appropriate means, methods, level of effort, equipment use, production, sequencing and scheduling for demolition of above and below-grade infrastructure. Roland further excels at determining high value asset recovery and asset management programs that will maximize reuse, sale or salvage. Roland has estimated and managed hundreds of high-profile demolition projects throughout North America.
