Work Begins at St. Joseph Mercy Oakland in Pontiac

On Thursday March 1st, Adamo Group began demolition of the North Tower at St. Joseph Mercy Oakland in Pontiac. The milestone achievement was the culmination of months of planning, coordinating, and preparatory work. The work is part of a larger investment to remodel the hospital which started in 2014. The tower was demolished using Adamo’s 345 Apex High Reach Excavator equipped with an MP 30 multi-processing tool. Demolition and cleanup will continue for the next few months finishing with the demolition of the Material Handling building, a 2 story structure adjacent to the tower.
